Dr. William L. “Bill” Frank, age 88 of Rice died Tuesday, March 20th. He was the husband of Angeline Webb Frank. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Puckett Funeral Home of Farmville.
Mr. Franklin Gee, age 84 of Charlotte Court House, husband of Mrs. Mary Frances Gee, died Sunday, March 18th, in Farmville. A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 22nd, at 2 p.m. at St. Andrews Baptist Church in Cullen with interment in the church cemetery. Public viewing will begin Wednesday at the funeral home from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Arrangements are by Jeffress Funeral Home of Charlotte Court House.

Virginia Page Burnette Johnson, age 89 of Farmville, died on March 22nd. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 24th, at 3 p.m. at Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Elsie Anderson Lancaster of Farmville, wife of the late Melvin Lancaster and mother of Gwen Lancaster, died on March 13th, in Farmville. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 23rd, at 12 noon from First Baptist Church in Farmville. The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service. Public viewing at the funeral home will be on Thursday from 3 – 7 pm. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
